Parco Richardson
FOUNDER / PRODUCER / HEAD OF PRODUCTION
Parco is an Arizona-based producer and writer. Growing up as a Jehovah’s Witness in North Carolina, his unconventional upbringing sparked his passion for storytelling, providing an outlet from his strict household. After high school, Parco served in the Marine Corps in Iraq and Afghanistan. He later pursued filmmaking, earning a degree from the Art Institute of Phoenix and producing his own films, including Altar Valley and Toro de Oro, both of which saw success on the international festival circuit.
With a focus on diversity and human stories, Parco has worked with major brands like American Express, Mavis Tire, Visit Phoenix, and Chase. He brings an advanced skill set in film production, project management, and creative storytelling, ensuring every project upholds high standards from concept to completion. Recently, he was selected from 1,500 applicants for Issa Rae’s Find Your People program, where he’ll produce a short film under the guidance of Hollywood professionals.
Julie Oommen
PRODUCER / ACCOUNT MANAGER
Julie Oommen is an accomplished actress, producer, and account manager with a passion for storytelling, both in front of and behind the camera. She has worked with major brands like the Arizona Office of Tourism, Mavis Tire, Visit Phoenix, and Chase, overseeing high-level commercial productions. Julie excels at managing client relationships, ensuring that every client’s vision and needs are met with precision and care. She is dedicated to championing diversity by bringing underrepresented voices and talent to the screen.
With advanced skills in large-scale production management, creative direction, account management, and team leadership, Julie ensures every project meets the highest standards of quality and creativity. With a focus on inclusivity and excellence, she continues to make a significant impact in the entertainment industry.
Pedro Perez
CREATIVE DIRECTOR / SPANISH CONTENT CREATOR
Pedro is a Writer/Director based in Phoenix, AZ. Originally from Sonora, Mexico, he became a U.S. citizen through the DACA program, which propelled his filmmaking journey. Pedro has worked across commercials, documentaries, music videos, short films, and his first feature, Aquí No Es Así. His short film Toro De Oro won multiple awards on the festival circuit, including Best Picture, Best Score, and Best Supporting Actress at the Indie Film Festival, with recognition at DTLA, Panamanian International, and Official Latino Film Festivals.
Passionate about positive representation, Pedro ensures Mexicans are portrayed authentically both behind and in front of the camera. With advanced skills in directing, writing, and producing, he delivers projects that reflect diversity and high creative standards.
